Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Chocolate Chip Pancakes
2 1/2 Cups all purpose flour
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 TBS baking powder
1/2 teas salt
1 3/4 cups milk
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup packed brown sugar

In a large bowl, combine flour, chocolate chips, baking powder and salt. In a medium bowl combine milk, eggs, oil and brown sugar; add to flour mixture. Stir until moistened. Heat griddle or skillet and brush lightly with vegetable oil. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle. Cook until bubbles begin to burst ; flip pancakes, and continue to cook for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.

When we were kids, we used to go to "Uncle John's Pancake House" and I always ordered the chocolate chip pancakes. They were soooo good!
I'll definitely be giving these a try !!

my son-in-law introduce me to chocholate chip pancakes. I mostly make them with banana slices - very yummy.
