Ella Fitzgerald with Duke Ellington and Benny Goodman
I have just found a new favorite tv channel! Channel 6004 on Dish Network. It is Sirius 40's on 4 they play music from 1940's. I usually turn on live365 radio on in the mornings while I am doing my daily chores but this morning for some reason I turned on the tv to see if Sirius was playing any Holiday music - and then I found it - 40's on 4 and they were playing Ella Fitzgerald! I know 1940's music is a little behind my time since I wasn't born until the 70's but I love that musical era.
The best part is that they even give news updates as to what happened that day in the 1940's ! How cool is that!

I love Ella Fitzgerald and so many other musicians from the 40's. Thanks for the heads up ;-) I love Sirius and my Direct TV.
