Blueberry Pie

We went blueberry picking this weekend - so there was lots of canning going on at our house this weekend. Fresh blueberries are so delicious.

Here is my recipe for my favorite blueberry pie:

4 cups of fresh, frozen or 1 quart of canned blueberries
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1tsp lemon juice
4-5 TBS cornstarch

Combine in saucepan and cook until thickened stirring constantly - pour into pie shell
Bake at 350 for around 25 minutes.
